A Start-Up Agency But Named “ReelPros”?
Technically, we’re new.
But somehow...
we’ve been here since the beginning,
early enough to say we've been pioneering
remote marketing services.
From Freelancer to Founder
Hi, I’m Justin Taruc, the Founder and one of the Creative Directors of ReelPros.
In 2019, I was a typical Filipino Virtual Assistant, hired by several foreign agencies, editing videos for clients I never even met.
At first, I was just doing my job.
But over time, I began to see the bigger picture, content had the power to grow brands, build trust, and turn viewers into customers.
That’s when it clicked and I worked my way up to becoming a Creative Director.

I began digging deeper into strategy, content pipelines, and positioning.
I’d swap insights with other VAs during group catch-ups, trading notes on what worked and what didn’t.
I worked closely with CEOs and Marketing Managers, constantly
experimenting with analytics and metrics to better understand what truly moved the needle.
Eventually, I stopped working under agencies and began collaborating directly with clients, solving bigger problems and shaping how they showed up online.
